What we collect

When you submit the application form at /apply, we collect: your name, email, company or product name, product URL (or optional business website), product stage or business service category, selected package, primary problem and desired outcome, optional deadline, whether authenticated product access exists, whether repository review may be relevant, and your consent. A hidden honeypot field is used to detect automated submissions.

For business workflow enquiries, describe the process owner, current steps, software, frequency, and approval needs generally. Do not send customer records or confidential documents. We do not ask for credentials or payment details. The form rejects credential-like field names; it cannot reliably detect secrets pasted into ordinary text. Do not include them.

How it is stored

Accepted applications are encrypted at rest before being written to the server. We store a server-generated receipt, timestamp, and encrypted record rather than a searchable plaintext database. Operational logs contain the receipt, selected package, outcome, and processing time—not your name, email, or message content.

Who sees it

After an application is recorded, a notification is sent to the site operator through Telegram and, when configured, email. Those providers process the submission details needed to deliver that notification on our behalf. Notification failure does not delete the recorded application. We do not sell application data or disclose it for advertising.

Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics in Cookie preferences, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public information pages. Analytics is off by default. Google processes usage and browser information to provide this service. Advertising features are disabled.

Application pages and form contents are excluded. We send public page paths without query strings or fragments. Choose Essential only in Cookie preferences to stop collection and remove analytics cookies. Your choice is saved on this browser when storage is available; otherwise a later visit starts with analytics off again.

Retention and deletion

We retain accepted applications for at most 12 months. Deletion of an individual record before that is a manual process performed by the site owner — email [email protected] with your receipt (if you have it) or the email address you applied with, and we will locate and remove your record. Individual deletion requests and scheduled retention reviews are handled manually by the site owner.

Access arranged later

If a technical-risk review requires authenticated or repository access, that access is arranged through a separate secure channel after qualification — never collected through this website.
